But hold up! The pool was taking a siesta, breakfast options felt like a quick snack run, and those quirky noisy beds were anything but cozy. Plus, that funky smell in the hallway was a bit of a vibe killer.

The king suite was bigger than any I’ve ever stayed in before, really gave us so much room to breathe. Also, got to check in early which was unexpected, just what I needed after a long drive.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the space and comfort, I thought it was acceptable.
